Robo- cow- saurus

Today I was playing with my Lego hero factory but then I decided to make a cow dinosaur and after that I called it a robo- cow- saurus.

My cardboard sandcrawler

This is my Star Wars sandcrawler. I used a box from my dad's juicer. It took me one week

I made the treads out of cardboard! and then wrapped a thin strip of black paper around the edge.

Don't worry I still like lego a loooot!!!!

This is what I am getting for Christmas. At-At stands for All Terrain Armed Transport and weapons of terror it has 5 mini figs and shoots 2 laser blasts. I have my own YouTube account, Mr Brick, and on Boxing Day I will upload a video on this. 

Pikachu

I have been making a Lego Pikachu!

He is very tiny

I made a rough version of him and I created a new way of doing the eyes.

I used levers facing upwards but in opposite directions.

My invoice

Today I wrote this invoice for my Dad, he made some molds of my feet and hands last week, and said he would pay me $40 for each one. That means he owes me $80 - so much money!

I think my Mum also needs to give me some money for a few jobs I did around the house, she says that it comes to about $20, so altogether I have $100 for the Lego Death Star. I have $300 to go, it is a lot but I think I can do it.

Christmas Lego

 This is me on Christmas morning, I ripped open a corner of my present from Santa, and was so excited to see that it was what I really wanted - a remote controlled Technics 4WD car!

It took me two days to build, I had to concentrate really hard, but in the end I was so pleased. My Dad's friend Gideon drove it over his shoe, and it was so cool to see that it can drive on really bumpy things.

In this picture I am also wearing my new Ghostbusters tshirt which was in my Christmas stocking. It's one of my Dad's favourite movies, and we have watched it together a few times. We have also watched Ghostbusters 2, and Dad said that they are making a Ghostbusters 3. I would like to see that at the cinema.

Lego Death Star

Hi everybody, today I printed out these pictures of the Lego Death Star so I can always look at them. I have decided to save up for this set, it really is a lot of money, but my Dad has a few special jobs that he might pay me for.

I like the Death Star because it is well camouflaged in the sky, and you can see how big it is by looking at the top picture and seeing how tiny the Star Destroyer is compared to the Death Star.

I guess it might take me two days to build it. I like that it is half-built in one view, but that you can see inside it as well. My Mum really likes that the little droid which looks like a toaster is included, she always makes that toaster-droid noise whenever we watch the movie.

Lately I have been making mostly Technics Lego, but I still like some of the other sets too, especially this one.

I'm still here!

This is me with my Lego shelf, which is up high so Hazel can't get to my creations. She likes to chew my Lego, and these are my special things which I don't want to be in pieces.

This is my SpongeBob pineapple house, which is so cool. I didn't want to get it at first, but my Granny really wanted to buy it for me, and I'm so glad she did. It even has Gary the snail!

I am still making lots of creations, I made a Chitty Chitty Lego car, and my Mum says she will take more photos and do some more on this website. She has been busy chasing Hazel and doing her work, but we still want to put pictures of my Lego here for everybody to see.

I like that people write to me about my Lego, I wish I could play Lego with them, but Mum says that some of them are in other countries far away. That is so cool!

Christmas Lego

When we got home from Kinder today there were two parcels in the letterbox all for me! I love parcels, and even more I love the Lego ones from the Lego Club.

I did open it so fast, and there was a Lego Snowman inside to build all for myself. It wasn't hard, I just looked at those instructions and here he is!


My Dad said that he looked grumpy, but I think that if you wear a bowtie you can't be grumpy, that's the rules.

I have so much more to tell about my Lego, but now it's time for bed, and it's my last day ever at Kinder tomorrow, next year I'm going to school!

Lego art

My Daddy had some sculptures at the Art Fair, so yesterday we went to see them. There were so many bits and pieces there, but these were my favourite. Can you tell that they are made all from Lego?






This one was a picture of a rocket launch, but Mum couldn't stand far away enough to get the top of the picture, there were so many people there!


I love all those little bricks, I have a lot of Lego but I don't think I have this much.

Mold making

My Dad makes sculptures, and he is doing one of a boy, so he has been sculpting my hands. He calls it mold making, but it's not mouldy.
Here I am in his studio, with a box on my hand, to hold all the goo in.


Daddy is slopping all that goo in on my hand, it's a bit cold and it smells minty. (It's dental alginate - Leo's Mum)


When the goo dries it does change colour, and stops slopping everywhere.


Getting my hand out was tricky, there was some air in there and when we pulled it out it made a funny fart sound!

Then Daddy pours plaster into the mold and gets a sculpture. These are all the hands that Dad has made from my hands. When I was little he did my foot, and it's so tiny! We should do my sister's feet too.

My Lego

All my Lego is at Dad's studio now.
We did move it there because he has lots of space upstairs, and I can spread it all out on the floor. My Mum does not like to pick Lego up all day long, so now the lounge room has Hazel's toys and no Lego.

Mum did get me all these boxes for putting Lego in, but she is the only person who really likes to put the Lego away. I really like to spread it all out, and then I can see what bits I need.


Here are all the bits. I sit in the middle and just look around for what I need.

This was a crystal carrier which I did make last week. It's on wheels, and it does open up and inside there is a crystal.

I like going to my Dads' studio because it's not far away and I can ride my scooter there.

More Lego

I made this one already, but I took it apart. So on the weekend at my Dad's studio I did make it again.

I really like to shoot it out fast and watch the claw on the end grab things.


My Uncle Marco did help me make this a while ago, and I kept it all together.

It's a special spaceship.

Busy busy

I have a new baby sister, Hazel, and so my Mum has been holding her and sometimes she can't help with my website. But here are some things that I have been making at home and at Kinder too.

This is a special Lego gun that can move, it has loads of joints and can make lots of different shapes.

I really love this one, it's a walking rubbish crusher, that has a hook for picking up junk, and a spinner for cutting big pieces. We have been watching Dirty Jobs and that man does work with loads of machines and rubbish collectors.


I made this guitar at Kinder with my friend Oscar, he made one too. It's very special and I didn't want my Mum to take a picture, but she said that it's a really good invention. My Dad plays the guitar, but this one is just for me.

Fishy and Birdy

I was working in the studio with my Mum, making these cushions. It did take a long time to get to the stuffing part, but I was helping, and I even got to push the pedal on the machine. I am a good sewer.

Their names are Birdy and Fishy and they are boys. They met my other pets which sleep on my top bunk with me. We have lots of stuffing and felt left over and maybe we could make some for Chassie's birthday.

When they were finished I did paint their picture, but my Mum did do the kissy mouth on the fish for me. I can paint with both hands but it is a bit tricky.

Those vending machines

My Mum and me did make things for the vending machine project, and this is what I did.
There was that leather string Mum has, and I did thread those wooden beads and chopped up bits of straws to make these necklaces.


There are all those capsules for the vending machine, we did pick them up at that Gallery down the stairs (Craft Victoria).


My Mum did help me tie the knots in the leather string, and then we put them all in capsules, ready to hatch like a baby alligator in an egg.

I think I would like to buy a capsule from the vending machine, to see if I get a good treat inside. They cost $2, which I already have in my piggy bank.

Stickers, pictures and trucks

I love that one the most, that's because it's a green robot sticker on a rubbish bin. We see these all over town when we are in the car, there is a pink robot sticker too but that one is for girls.

It's about pirates, I think it is an octopus pirate - imagine that! I can't believe that he has a treasure box and a hook, and even a pipe, that is a bit stinky.

There was a hole in the gorilla and you could see what was in it's tummy, and guess what - a person was stuck in the gorilla's tummy! (These images are all from Risographica at Lamington Drive - Leo's Mum)

Here's a fire truck, I really love the switches but my Mum really loves all those colours. I didn't even know that the fire men get to play with colourful stuff.

House

I made this awesome house when my Granny was here last week. Some of the bits are from when my Mum was playing with Lego when she did grow up at Granny's. Mum did say that a flat roof makes it hot, but they can just open the door.

There are some doors and lights, I put on that antennae for the TV and a chimney too. I did also put on a cappellor.


I really want to make that Howl's Moving Castle house out of Lego, that's why I put the cappellor on.

Spaceship

This is a new spaceship. It doesn't have a cappellor.

It does have these boosters, and they are made of fire so they shoot the spaceship off to the moon. You should ever, never touch the boosters though, or they would burn you like toast! Oh my gosh that would hurt so much!

My Mum does like the underneath, that's because it's all colourful and she does like that.

Shark

Leo's Mum: So what do you want to say about the shark on your website?

Leo: I really love that shark, it's so awesome!

LM: Why did you decide to make a shark?

L: I just made it! It was so easy, and I didn't even know that bits for spaceships could make sea creatures.
